Once you've submitted an application, if chosen for a session, you will receive booking instructions via the email you submitted 1-5 weeks in advance depending on location and availability. Once a date and time is set, a 1hr deposit must be made via square, paypal, or vemno to secure your appt. The deposit will go towards the total price of your session.
C A N C E L A T I O N S
A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for any cancelations up to a week in advance. Any cancelations made 72 hours or less before the booked session, will forfeit their deposit. A rescheduling can be made up to 72 hours in advance with the deposit held. You can only reschedule once, after that a new hour deposit will be needed in order to keep your appt.
P A Y M E N T + T I P P I N G
Payment will be made in full upon the end of the session via Venmo, Square, cash, or Paypal. Tipping is a sign of gratitude, and it is welcome, but not at all required.
B E F O R E Y O U R S E S S I O N
Hydrate well, moisturize throughly, eat well, and get lots of rest. Do not drink alcohol the night before (or after). No self-tanner, sunburns, or weight training/extreme sports (because of potential swelling to the area to be tattooed). If you are healthy your skin will be healthy and will promote good healing. Always remember to breathe, relax, and come OPEN, trusting, and ready to receive this healing art.
O T H E R P O L I C I E S
No person shall be tattooed under the age of 18
Once the tattoo procedure is done, proper aftercare is essential to the healing, and will affect the outcome of your tattoo. Improper care or neglect during the healing process can result in permanent negative effects, such as color loss and less than perfect details. The aftercare is in the hands of the Soul Tattoo receiver. With this work being medicinal, the healing process also acts as medicine for the reciever. Pay close attention to how your body (physically, emotionally, mentally) responds to this work.
